Westfield Chatswood Stages Synchronised Screen Takeover

In a BrandSpace first, Westfield Chatswood screens were synchronised in a live five minute takeover to showcase original designs by students of the University of NSW. The designs were created as part of the Media Architecture Biennale & Vivid 2016 alignment, of which Westfield Chatswood was a precinct partner.

The theme of the Biennale focused on ‘Smart Cities’ with a view of how urban places can be enhanced through design and smart technology. The project’s aim was about “connecting community and places with technology and Westfield was a great partner for that” – Rob Asher, Australian School of Architecture & Design.
